1. Definitions

To register an Account and use sivp5 Services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You are not subject to any legal, financial, or self-imposed restrictions that would prohibit you from gambling.

3.2 Account Registration Process

To create a sivp5 Account, you must complete our online registration form by providing the following information:

• Residential address

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

sivp5 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before making your first withdrawal or at any time we deem necessary. Required documents may include:

• Government-issued photo ID (KTP - Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at our discretion.

3.4 Account Limitations

Each User is permitted one Account only. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. sivp5 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, device fingerprints, and IP addresses.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

sivp5 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players:

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is Rp 100,000,000, subject to daily and monthly limits based on your Account status and VIP tier.

Deposits via local bank transfers are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are instant 24/7. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified Accounts. First-time withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. We do not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. You may only withdraw to the same payment method used for deposits, except in cases where the original method is no longer available.

sivp5 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals (amounts exceeding Rp 50,000,000) or withdrawals that appear unusual based on your Account history.

4.3 Payment Method Restrictions

You must not use payment methods that do not belong to you. Using credit cards, bank accounts, or e-wallets registered in another person's name — even with their permission — is strictly prohibited and may result in Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

sivp5 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a 5x wagering requirement. This means you must place bets totaling five times the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 5,000,000 in total wagers.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports bets contribute based on odds (minimum odds 1.75 for full contribution). Specific contribution rates are displayed in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

sivp5 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other behavior deemed by sivp5 to be unfair exploitation of promotional offers.

Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate cancellation of bonuses, forfeiture of winnings, and possible Account termination.

6. Betting Rules and Fair Play

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed through sivp5 are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet selections carefully before confirming placement.

sivp5 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, including but not limited to: incorrect odds caused by technical glitches, bets placed after an event has started (when live betting is not available), or bets involving matches that are later canceled or postponed.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting odds are subject to change until you confirm your bet. Once confirmed, your bet is locked at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Results are determined based on official sources recognized by sivp5, including league organizers, governing bodies, and reputable statistics providers.

In the event of match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, standard betting rules apply as outlined in our detailed Sports Betting Rules section (available upon request to customer support).

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the sivp5 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, and video, is the property of sivp5 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any sivp5 content without express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

sivp5 provides its Services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, sivp5 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or network connectivity issues
• Errors in game results, odds, or payouts caused by third-party providers
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials

In no event shall sivp5's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you made to your Account in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through support channels within 30 days, you agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted under international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law. By using sivp5, you acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for complying with laws applicable in your location.

sivp5 operates as an international platform and is licensed under offshore gaming regulations. We do not represent or warrant that our Services are legal in all jurisdictions. Users accessing sivp5 from Indonesia do so at their own risk and discretion.

11. Account Termination

sivp5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Provision of false or misleading information during registration
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

Upon Account termination, any remaining balance will be forfeited if the termination resulted from a breach of these Terms. If termination is unrelated to a breach, you may request withdrawal of your remaining balance subject to successful identity verification.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. You remain responsible for all activity conducted through your Account prior to closure.
